I want to share with you the exercise I work through every Thanksgiving.
But first...
This Thanksgiving I am grateful…
Grateful for being alive.
Grateful for having a purpose.
Grateful for intimate relationships.
Grateful that I love.
Grateful that I know what it means to forgive and be forgiven.
Happy Thanksgiving.
May the love of life move through you.
May your purpose be ignited.
May the fruits of your labor be plentiful.
May loving friends and family surround you.
May your truth guide you.
Thank you for supporting my work.
Thank you for your patronage.
Thank you for your love.
If you want to get in a super grateful mood to have the confidence to take even more fearless steps in 2024...
Here's something I do every Thanksgiving Weekend:
1. What are you grateful for?
List 100 gratitudes.
The more specific, the better.
Today, I am grateful for....
2. Acknowledge yourself.
Was there something you didn’t think you could accomplish and did?
Did you stretch this year?
Were you available for more love, passion, and purpose?
What did you practice?
List 100 acknowledgments.
The more specific, the better.
Today, I acknowledge myself for...
I encourage you to complete the same exercise over the Thanksgiving holiday and whenevr you want to get into a grateful mood. Share what you're grateful for over on the Fearless Living social media channels!
Wishing you a day filled with heartfelt gratitude!
May you feel loved...
