Phase One [of the LCCP] was really eye-opening and really life-changing. It was phenomenal.
When I went into Phase Two [of the LCCP] - where you're actually learning to coach clients and you actually take clients on- I was scared again but scared is good, right? Because you're stepping out of your comfort zone. You're taking risks. So for me, that was a fantastic experience and I'm still working with some of those clients.
Actually the first two clients I started working with, I'm still working with them today. You build a relationship with them, you get to know them, you dig deeper into the things that are happening with them and are able to move them forward in their life.
Then, Phase Three [of the LCCP] was just an amazing experience.
You get to do book groups and intro talks and you're just continuing to build relationships with the other coaches that are out there. It's a support network. It isn't like a lot of places where you would go and there are large groups of women working together.
