Moving Towards Your Vision

Date Published: Nov 26, 2014

Vision is an inside job. It takes us over. Moves through us without us asking, but urges us to follow.

It swells up within us and whispers in our ear at the most inopportune moments.

The vision within us can keep us up at night yearning to be heard, expressed and validated.

I think we all have, at one time or another, had the sense of who we are and our destiny. We’ve all had a vision for ourselves. For our lives.

Maybe it came and went in the blink of an eye. Maybe it was so quiet we didn’t trust it.

And that’s the challenge. Vision isn’t so easily grasped because our well-worn fears keep it at bay. Keep us confused and unsure of who we are and what we want.

Because your heartfelt vision isn’t guaranteed. Vision lives in the unknown. It lives on faith. The very thing fear hates.

When our vision becomes clouded by the noise of our negative and self-defeating thoughts, fear wins.

What if I told you that your vision will absolutely come true if it stems from your heart?

What if I told you that if you did one thing a day towards the fulfillment of your vision it will show up faster than if you waited for it to come to you?

When you move forward, despite the noise, fear will lose its grip on your life.  Don’t listen. Turn away from fear and face your vision. Hear ITS VOICE. It is calling you.

Here’s the secret: Fear is an affirmation of your growth.

So your only job is stay on purpose and move towards your vision no matter what.

What would you do with that lovely vision now if you knew it was yours to do?

Follow it. Don’t let fear win. It is calling you. Live the life your SOUL intended.
