Need some help?

Requests are processed Monday through Friday. If you have not heard back or recieved an email from Canva check the following:

– Your Canva account is set up using the email you entered in the form.

– You’ve added [email protected] to your approved senders list.

– You have confirmed your email address from when you set up your Canva account
