Yep. We are here at the DIE Zone.
It’s not so scary once you get the hang of it. And I want you to know it inside out.
Watch this short Fearless Living Boot Camp video now and learn what you need to know about moving from the comfort zone to the die zone. (If you happen to have missed any of the previous Boot Camp posts or videos, you can find them all here.)
Watched the video? Good. Here’s the FEARLESS LIVING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE, DAY 5:
List 3 potential Dies in your area of focus. (Don’t worry if you only can come up with one. That’s great too.) You can write them down in the comment section below, or in your journal, or on the Social Workout homepage.
Do the best you can in identifying the things that make you super nervous and a bit (okay: A LOT) scared when it comes to change.
Now, go ahead and give yourself some credit for completing your Fearless Living Boot Camp Challenge today. Was listing 3 potential Dies in your area of focus a Stretch? A Risk? A Die? Head on over to Social Workout’s Boot Camp homepage and log those fabulous fearless points.
Keep track of your points so you can WIN! I know you will love the daily, weekly and monthly giveaways.
If today’s challenge was a stretch, add 1 point to your total. (The point system is explained more fully on Social Workout’s homepage.)
If today’s challenge was a risk, add 7 points to your total.
If today’s challenge was a die, give yourself 28 points.
(Don’t quite get what I’m talking about when I say “Stretch, Risk, Die”? Click here.)
Be sure to track your points each and every day! Everyone loves to win! Get on over to the Boot Camp homepage and claim your points and share your progress with your fellow enlistees! (It’s becoming a fabulous community — there are already more than 500 members, and they’ve taken over 3,000 fearless actions! Get in on the courageous fun — and get your tribe involved, so they can get encouraged right along with you.)
