List 3 potential Dies in your area of focus. (Don’t worry if you only can come up with one. That’s great too.) You can write them down in the comment section below, or in your journal, or on the Social Workout homepage.
Do the best you can in identifying the things that make you super nervous and a bit (okay: A LOT) scared when it comes to change.
