Risk is a necessity to being fearless. And it's a precursor to being happy. That's right. You heard me. You can't be happy if you aren't willing to risk. I will be even more bold and say:

You can't find love without risk.
You can't feel loved without risk.
You can't feel satisfied, have peace of mind or trust yourself without risk.

Heck, without risk, you can't be the real powerhouse you know you can be.

Well then, if it has so many benefits, why do people avoid it like the plague? Fear, that's why.

That darn ol' fear convinces us that risk is just too... well, risky.

Well, you know me. I have a different idea about risk.

Watch this short Fearless Living Boot Camp video and you'll find that taking a risk won't be so scary. (If you missed any of the previous Boot Camp posts, don't fret. You can get all caught up by clicking here and following the appropriate links.)

Okay, now that you've watched the video, here's your FEARLESS LIVING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE, DAY 4:

List 5 risks that you could take in your number-one area of focus. (That's the area I asked you to single out on Day 2.)

You can write your 5 risks down in a journal, in the comments below, or on the Social Workout homepage. If you are having trouble coming up with 5, make stuff up or ask a friend to help. Remember, I am not asking you to actually DO any of these actions... yet. 🙂

Okay... done? Great job! Now: How was it to list those 5 risks? Did you want to scream? Or was it easy? Go ahead and give yourself credit for naming 5 risks you could take.

Keep track of your points. Giving yourself credit for each action you take makes you eligible for daily, weekly and monthly giveaways!

If today's challenge was a stretch, add 1 point to your total.
If today's challenge was a risk, add 7 points to your total.
If today's challenge was a die, give yourself 28 points.
(Don't have a clue what I'm talking about at all when I say "stretch, risk, die"? Click here.)

Be sure to track your points each and every day! Everyone loves to win! Get on over to the Boot Camp homepage and claim your points and share your progress with your fellow enlistees! (It's becoming a really fantastic community -- there are 500 members so far, and they've already taken almost 3,000 fearless actions! Get in on the fearless fun!)

You could win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program.

To join the Boot Camp and log your fearless activity, use the Social Workout-powered widget just below. If you're a Facebook member, simply click the "Connect" button. To sign up with your email, cheer on your fellow enlistees, and to see all the daily videos and commentary, go to the Boot Camp homepage!

Please pass this video along. Share it with the ones you love who you think could use some support in being more fearless!

Until tomorrow, let's get fearless!
Rhonda
