Let’s face it: Beating yourself up hasn’t been the best strategy for building your confidence and solving your problems. Yet, I bet you do it all the time.
Let me explain why, even when you have the best of intentions and you are trying to move forward in your life, you might find yourself beating yourself up.
It’s not your fault.
Watch the three-minute Fearless Living Boot Camp video of the day — and let’s get fearless! (Oh, and if you missed Day 1 or Day 2, you can get all caught up by clicking here and following the appropriate links.)
Did you watch the video? Great job! And now… your FEARLESS LIVING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE, DAY 3:
Yesterday, I asked you to write down the number-one area of your life that you would like to change right now. (If you still aren’t sure, let’s just make it “love and connection.” I don’t know anyone who doesn’t need more of that!)
TODAY, I’d like you to list five stretches that you could take in that one area. You don’t have to do them; you only have to write them down, either in the comments below, or on Social Workout’s Boot Camp homepage.
That’s it! Okay: How easy or difficult was it for you to list your five stretches today? Go ahead and give yourself credit for making your list, regardless of how perfect and/or imperfect it is.
Giving yourself credit for each action you take makes you eligible for daily, weekly and monthly giveaways. Yahoo!
I want you to WIN! Be sure to add to your points.
If today’s challenge was a stretch, add 1 point to your total.
If today’s challenge was a risk, add 7 points to your total.
If today’s challenge was a die, give yourself 28 points.
(And if you don’t know what I’m talking about at all when I say “stretch, risk, die,” click here.)
Be sure to track your points each and every day! Everyone loves to win! Get on over to the Boot Camp homepage and claim your points and share your progress with your fellow enlistees! You could win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program.
Wanna earn some bonus points? Describe your comfort zone in the areas of health, career, love,
or any other area that you might want to expand. Be sure to share your answer on the Boot Camp homepage. And if sharing is a stretch, risk or die… give yourself some extra points! (I love me some extra points!)
To join the Boot Camp and log your fearless activity, use the Social Workout-powered widget just below. If you’re a Facebook member, simply click the “Connect” button. To sign up with your email, cheer on your fellow enlistees, and to see all the daily videos and commentary, go to the Boot Camp homepage!
Until tomorrow, let’s get fearless!
P.S. Please share this video with the people you know and love. Let’s get the world a little more fearless, one person at a time. 🙂
