It's time to take a pause and be in gratitude for all of the fearless progress you've made in the past 20 days. I mean, you have been working hard. I've given you some wonderfully tough Boot Camp challenges to do, and you have been doing them. Woot! Woot! (And if you're new to Fearless Living Boot Camp, welcome! It's definitely not too late to get started.)

Remember: With each Stretch, Risk and Die you take, you are putting fear in its place and saying YES to you. That's what I'm talking about: Living your life on your terms your way. Becoming fearless is a prerequisite for that, so... YOU ARE AMAZING!

Today is a breather day. But don't be fooled: It will be transformational.

This is what I know: Putting a smile on someone else's face will definitely increase the chances that you will have one on yours.

And I want to smile. I want to be happy. I want to be grateful. Because when I am those things, my life works. I have more ease and grace and FUN!
