It's time to deal with the elephant in the room, isn't it?

What do you carry with you everywhere that much of the time, you frankly hate? Or at least don't like very much?

It's something you are often trying to change, manipulate, or ignore. If someone compliments it, you brush it off. If someone mentions any part of it on Facebook, you might be offended (or secretly happy). Yep. It's your b-o-d-y.

Our bodies bring up STUFF. Stuff that stops us from believing someone really could love us, or trusting that that hunk does want to date us and can see our beauty even when we have no makeup on.

Today's challenge is all about loving your body.

Can you look in the mirror without cringing? Can you tell your body that it is magnificent? Can you appreciate all that your amazingly wonderful body does for you?

It's time to Stretch, Risk and Die when it comes to your opinion about one of the most precious things you have: your body.

Time to own it. Time to maybe even start loving it. Definitely, you can be grateful and appreciate it. Do it now. I need the company, because this one is a DIE for me.
