I bet you could guess I’m a water person. I love the water! I spend a lot of time there and it’s in the water where I’ve realized a large correlation between how we are in the water reflects how we are in life.
Just like I teach my swimming students how to trust themselves (and the water), you must do the same on land and learn how to stop fighting against the time and live in the flow, your flow.
