9/11 brings up horrible memories for most of us. The coordinated attack using airplanes as weapons changed us all.

Some of us still harbor rage, some carry trauma from witnessing the tragedy over and over again on television, some of us weren't even born yet, but if you're an American, you most likely have heard of the attack on that fateful day.

9/11 was a terrorist attack on our country that killed 2,977 innocent people in New York, Washington DC, and in the field in Shanksville, PA. From flight attendants comforting passengers, to the wait staff at the famous Windows on the World restaurant, to the military personnel at the Pentagon to the brave men and women who tried to stop the terrorists. Whether we know someone personally or not, we've all been touched.

And if you watched Starting Over, the Emmy Award-winning Daytime reality show that aired every day for three years from 2003 to 2006, you also watched one person's journey to heal from the death of her mother who was on one of the planes that hit the towers. It was her first time flying solo across the country to visit her sister.

Starting Over Graduate Jessica 9/11 talks to her Life Coach, Rhonda Britten

Watching Jessica move through her rage, her grief and find peace helped us all heal a little bit from 9/11. I know working with her healed me because I had the privilege of being her Life Coach on Starting Over.

Over the years many of you have asked me how Jessica is doing. Well, today I am happy to say, you're about to find out for yourself.

Jessica and I had an opportunity to catch up and we decided to share the conversation with you.

Has she got past her anger?
Has she found peace?
What has she been doing since graduating from the Starting Over house?
What can you do if you're experiencing grief?
What about forgiveness?

A lot has happened. Be sure to listen in!

Jessica has certainly gotten Fearless. Join her!

Until next time, Be Fearless!
xoxo Rhonda
